I have been getting threaded for over 7 years all over the U.S. No one has ever messed my eyebrows up like this place. The string was very painful as well. And my henna lasted 1 day. Wouldn’t recommend or go back here.

I used to love coming here. It was on my way home from work and I thought they did a good job. My experience today changed my mind. I have thick hair which breaks the thread during threading. The technicians make you feel awful, even though that’s not something I can help.Today my technician gave up and I spent $10 for her to halfway do my brows. They don’t have a nice clean arch like eye brows should and family members couldn’t even tell I got them done. I’m going to take my business elsewhere.

One of the technicians (the one with fuller eyebrows) is great. Unfortunately I’ve now been stuck with the other technician (older lady, thinner eyebrows) 3-4 times and she has messed up my eyebrows. One time, they were wayyy too thin. Another time, they were not the same shape at all, and today, as she was using the scissors to trim, she cut too much on one eyebrow. I felt this happen! But she denied it and blamed it on me, saying they were just my eyebrows. Finally she said “well they grow back fast”. Unbelievable! I put this review on hold for so long because I do really like the other technician, but I’m going to have to go out of my way to go back to my old eyebrow place in west springfield (I believe it’s the same company)…

Had a really great experience with the technician (her name started with a T but I forget her whole name) with threading and waxing services. She was patient and did a good job. I was hesitant to go to this location originally because of some of the reviews but gave it a try anyway and I don’t regret it!

Awful. Told them to do a clean up because my eyebrows have a naturally good shape and thickness alone. She made them too thin AND changed the shape. when I pointed it out she just mumbled a reason as to why, saying that one was slightly thicker in one spot so she matched them AFTER she was already done and did not ask me at all if that’s what I wanted to do. She offered to fix it but I told her that that would make them thinner which is exactly what I did not want, which I expressed to you when I walked in here. She just kept repeating herself from what I could understand. This was the 3rd time I’ve been to this place and each time my eyebrows get progressively smaller. Now I have to let them grow dramatically just to return to my original shape. They do not know the meaning of “clean up, don’t change the shape” even though she says okay.

I went there to have my facial done and never had worse experience. They are using harsh cosmetics. I wasn’t even asked anything about my skin sensitivity. I came out with red flared face and because she wasn’t carful at all, product went into my eyes and I couldn’t keep my eyes open they were tearing so bad. Had them irritated for a week.
