Critical: Quality, ValueSo I have to give this establishment 1 star due to price and experience. I have tried a few different nail salons since being here and this by far has been the most expensive. One your salon is completely outdated to have such high prices. There are little butterfly curtains that separate each pedicure station, very tacky looking, pedicure chairs are old and need repairing, handles are chipping of wood. Pedicure prices are very high and include very cheap quality products. The young lady who did my pedicure was very kind however. So I have to give this establishment 1 star due to price and experience. I have tried a few different nail salons since being here and this by far has been the most expensive. One your salon is completely outdated to have such high prices. There are little butterfly curtains that separate each pedicure station, very tacky looking, pedicure chairs are old and need repairing, handles are chipping of wood. They have so many workers to the point you walk-in or make an appointment they will “work fast” to get to the next customer. At first it was “wow nice they can take us”, then when you’re done you see the outcome and it’s horrible! I’m the nail in red obviously you see the gap between my cuticles and nail paint, this is a big no, no! I have a thing where I like to go into nail salon and pick what I like and have the nail teach do their thing. I won’t correct them because I feel as a nail tech you should be professional doing their job. This allows me to give them a rating they deserve.I always get gel and this is my first time ever gotten a gel manicure and pedicure and you can see threw the paint! It didn’t look and feel like gel, it was too THIN! The 2nd, 3rd and 4th picture is only 3 DAYS later! I basically don’t do much with my hands. The service felt so rushed! Throughout your service they will constantly remind you how much everything cost, and let me say it’s very annoying!!!Will I ever go back? Respectfully NO.If I’m paying so much, I want quality and time spent on my pedi and mani and not being rushed so they can take more customers in.Quality is everything!2 adults gel mani & pedi1 child gel cat eye (her nail teach convinced my 9 year old niece to get this cat eye and it was expensive)Total for 3 of us $380!! ridiculous!!This place is known for fast walk-in availability. This place is known for fast walk-in availability. They have so many workers to the point you walk-in or make an appointment they will “work fast” to get to the next customer. At first it was “wow nice they can take us”, then when you’re done you see the outcome and it’s horrible! I’m the nail in red obviously you see the gap between my cuticles and nail paint, this is a big no, no! I offered to see if someone else wanted to start my nails as I was waiting but she was supposedly almost there so I waited some more. The place was not clean at all. Files were reused and I wouldn’t be surprised if implements were reused as well. A week and a half after my acrylic full set, it’s already discolored, crystals have fallen off and almost every nail has lifted. Not only have the nails lifted but there are indents around the cuticles where she efiled, but went way too far aka ring of fires. I was recommended to cao by another nail tech that I followed on IG and while she was very sweet, she was 25 minutes late to my appointment. I offered to see if someone else wanted to start my nails as I was waiting but she was supposedly almost there so I waited some more. The place was not clean at all. Files were reused and I wouldn’t be surprised if implements were reused as well.
