Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve going there for several years, local and convenient. Nothing special for the $$. Basic pedicure by various rotating girls. Today they lost my toe ring which I’ve had for quite some time and I really liked. Sentimental value. Had they shown any real concern I would not be writing this. Pretty dismissive. I’ve going there for several years, local and convenient. Nothing special for the $$. Basic pedicure by various rotating girls. Today they lost my toe ring which I’ve had for quite some time and I really liked. Sentimental value. Had they shown any real concern I would not be writing this. Pretty dismissive. Critical: ProfessionalismSo I’ve come here a few times before but this last time on Friday was probably my last. I had a half day from work so came by around 3 pm but didn’t get a chance to get cash from the bank. I asked on the phone can I pay by one of my cards to which the owner said yes. I paid for the manicure and called my mom (who lives right next to this salon) so she could bring me a cash tip (as you’re not allowed to leave one on the card) which is no problem. When I was done she came and gave me the cash. As I’m walking out the owner (not comprehensively) tells me to come here and asks for my payment. I tell her I paid by my card and then take it out to show her but she automatically starts calling someone to tell them I’m trying to steal? I don’t know It was so weird she didn’t even ask the woman doing my nails if I paid she just assumed I didn’t and was walking out. So I’ve come here a few times before but this last time on Friday was probably my last. I had a half day from work so came by around 3 pm but didn’t get a chance to get cash from the bank. I asked on the phone can I pay by one of my cards to which the owner said yes.
