Love the quality outcome of my nails with Sarah today! All staff were very friendly, as was waiting for my friend whom recommended this place to me. I brought in two pictures, and a general idea of what I was looking for; ombre with coffin shaped short nails. Sarah coordinated the perfect color and was technical and professional in achieving a beautiful set of nails that I adore.

I usually come here and nothing but good things… but lately the prices have been outrageous. I’ve NEVER had to spend more than $50 on a set even with designs or gems but now… I pay $63???? The most basic set, I came w no nails on a full new set. She claimed that it was because of the “shape,too coat and 2 different shades”. So a classic full set right?? I guess not! Ridiculous! LITERALLY any other place would’ve charged me $40-$45. And on top of that, She sat on facetime THE WHOLE TIME

Most nail salons, even if you make any appointment, rarely do you ever get taken care of on time. Galaxy was timely and got me in right at my time slot. They were fast and efficient, I was out in an hour with both a full set and pedicure. They were professional, clean, and gave me exactly what I had asked for. Sarah in particular, is very talented and kind! She rocked out a jeweled full set and didn’t take any short cuts. She cared about doing a great job, and she did! I made an appointment off of a recommendation from a friend and am very pleased! Most nail salons, even if you make any appointment, rarely do you ever get taken care of on time. Galaxy was timely and got me in right at my time slot. They were fast and efficient, I was out in an hour with both a full set and pedicure. I haven’t been here in many years because I didn’t like my experience last time. I decided to try it again with a friend and everyone so nice. When I was getting my toes done they said it was dry and polished rubbed off when they were putting on my shoe and “fixed” it by patting it down. As for the dip powder I got done on my fingers it is all coming off. The person why did my nails did not work on my cuticles nor did she make sure the nails are the same shape. I just got this done Saturday and today (Tuesday) and the dip powder is chipping off my nails already.

The woman who did my nails put a full set on. They were the fakest looking nails I’ve ever gotten. SHE wanted them long and I told her to shorten them and she told me im making more work for her and they were barely even shortened after I asked. They were so thick, not rounded like natural nails, and didn’t even go down over the sides of my nails. She couldn’t do the first design I asked for so she basically told me pick a color. I used them for the vacation I went on and after that I couldn’t wait to take them off. Most disappointing nails ever. I tried to tell myself they were fine since I paid almost $100 but I had people mention how big and thick they looked.

I had an app with someone that I called for him. When I got there some young lady took me and didn’t even know what the appointment was for. And did not do a good job on a fill. She was going to soak them off. Never go back. That was my second time there .

I love the atmosphere and the staff is always pleasant to chat it up with. You show them any picture or tell them what you like or an idea and i promise you, you will love the outcome. I really wanted a mauve color but not one to blend in with my skin tone with black triangle tips and they did a fantastic job! Love this place! Thanks for always slaying my nails 🙂
