This is my second time calling the shop to try to book an appointment just to get my haircut. Every time they make excuses as to why they can’t, either that they’re too far booked out or they’re not taking new clients. She doesn’t even try to book an appointment with me just tells me no! I guess if you’re an existing customer with this establishment then good for you!

Barbara was extremely sweet. I called not knowing it was almost closing time to get a quote to cut my daughter’s hair and she answered my questions. I asked if she had time this eveing and she said yes. Barbara stayed after closing and shampooed, cut, and blow dryed her hair.
