Critical: Professionalism, QualityI like getting my nails done with dip. I called ahead of time to make sure they did pink & white ombre dip nails. I was told they did, so I made an appointment. I got attitude almost immediately because the lady was not doing my nails the way i had told her i wanted them. She doesn’t my first hand. The pink is all blended into the white. After I had told her twice I wanted bold white tips. She then informs me it is not possible to have my nails done that way. (I’ve been getting my nails done the exact same way every 3 weeks for the past 18 months, so it is possible). I asked if there was anyone else there that could do my nails. She goes to back and come back out holding her keys and things telling me no one else can do my nails and that I can go elsewhere.I’d already been there an hour and really didn’t feel like starting over at another salon. So I decided to do acrylic, instead of dip. With attitude puts her things down and start doing my nails. Part way through I see she’s mixing the pink and white again. And remind her how I want my nails. Well at the end my nails looked like I wanted but were not done how I wanted. However to get the bright white tips she had to file down the tips removing the excess pink. The problem here was then my nails were super thin at the tips. Which did lead to several nails breaking within the first 10 days. Not wanting to go back because of my bad experience I went elsewhere and had to pay for a full new set. Which was done dip and the way I wanted it with no issues and some much politeness at collagen nail spa.Save your money and go some place who values your business.! They could have had a long time, regular customer. When I spend a bunch of money to get my nails done, I should be able to get them done the way I want them done. I like getting my nails done with dip. I called ahead of time to make sure they did pink & white ombre dip nails. I was told they did, so I made an appointment. I got attitude almost immediately because the lady was not doing my nails the way i had told her i wanted them. She doesn’t my first hand. The pink is all blended into the white.
