The lack of professionalism, I’m not sure if they are students, or if it’s a trial and error salon. The only thing that I’m satisfied with is the color of the polish. This is me and my daughter’s 3rd time going there and I must say every time we went, they messed up our nails, toes, etc. I asked the lady that did my nails to please polish the whole nail, toes and she didn’t do it. Then she left after she finished with my nails and feet. One of my nails on my hand has too much polish on it and you can actually see where the top coat of polish ends, not covering my whole nail. Now they did my daughters nails bogus too. They put too small tips on her nails and tried to covered it up with the acrylic making the suppose to be coffin shape uneven and crooked. And on top of that, they put the acrylic on there too thin, making it easy to break. Then they be overcharging people. Who charges extra for the shape of a nail? Today is suppose to be one of their special days which means that it cost a specific price. When I tell you that they taxed everybody that came in there today, I’m not lying.
