Critical: ProfessionalismGiving a 1 star review due to the fact that they have posted hours of 9am-9pm. When I went by (because they never answered the phone) they were closed. Door locked and lights off. There was no sign posted on the door to indicate they would be closed during business hours. No “be back in..” sign or anything. You can’t get a hold of anyone. They are open when their hours say otherwise and you can’t even book an appointment online. Totally lame. Their websites clearly states “Call or come by.” Neither is possible when they aren’t there. Giving a 1 star review due to the fact that they have posted hours of 9am-9pm. When I went by (because they never answered the phone) they were closed. Door locked and lights off. There was no sign posted on the door to indicate they would be closed during business hours. No “be back in..” sign or anything. You can’t get a hold of anyone.
