I was looking for a new place that could cut my long hair for donation, had good vibes, and good service – I seem to have found it. Nestled in a little corner of downtown mesa, this barbershop gives nostalgic feelings. Staff is friendly, store is clean and well-kept. Staff are knowledgeable about hair styles. The woman who cut my hair, Kirstin, was very friendly and amicable. She made me feel like my hair was being handled by delicate but dexterous hands. The cut was over before I even knew it, and she never made me feel pressured, as we adjusted the trim down towards the end. Payment was very simple and easy. They also specialize in Men’s haircuts so you have a good idea of what you’re getting into.

This place is located right across from the dinosaur museum a.k.a Museum of Natural History. It looks to be women run. Thats was the 2 ladies cuting hair the afternoon we stopped in. I love that they take credit card as well as cash. It is very simply decorated with lots of mirrors on both walls. A long wooden bench goes almost the length of one wall. A tank with lots of fancy tailed guppies with a vintage table and seats take up the back corner. In my opinion its the perfect place to take you little men for a hair cut then treat them at the museum across the way.

I brought my mother, who is blind with a seeing eye dog, here for a haircut without an appointment and Daniel, who, is the shop owner, did a great job at making her feel comfortable as well as giving her a great cut. Had I not recently had a haircut myself, I would have allowed him to cut my hair as well.
