As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and made comfortable. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly and even though there were others there the staff made it seem like I was the only one- which I imagine they did for the others as well. During the quick sign in, the staff discussed any issues I was having and what therapies were best for me. I had signed up for full body Cryo, and was not disappointed. A few minutes of the compression boots and I was feeling like new when I left. Can’t wait for my next sesh. (Already booked it )

Frío is great! The staff are so lovely and helpful.I tried Cryo for my 2nd time and was so nervous but the staff walked me through the process and I loved it. I also tried the sauna which was so relaxing. I feel great after the session and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Frío!

First time going to Frio in Tequesta and my experience was great! I had arthroscopic hip surgery 3 months ago and heard this would be great to add to my recovery. I did cryotherapy and utilized the normatec compression for my hips for about 10-15 minutes afterwards. I felt fantastic! The woman at the front desk was friendly and informative. I already booked another session for the end of this week and plan on purchasing the new client package! 10/10, highly recommend!!

If you suffer from joint pain, injury or want a more holistic to healing and alternative to medications, this is the place. Although it’s not inexpensive, how much would you pay for a healthier approach to healing. Worth every penny, the staff is amazing and the facility is clean and comfortable. I strongly endorse Cryotherapy but there are other options; Red light therapy, Normatec and massage to name a few. Check it out with an open mind.

Health junkies- you will LOVE Frío! They offer so many amazing treatments for pain, injuries, and general wellness. The cryo chamber is my personal fav because you burn 500-1000 calories in just the 3 minutes that you’re in there and I get the best sleep of my life afterward. I had my first session last night at the Tequesta location. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything to me in detail. The facility was clean and CDC guidelines were being followed in regards face masks, social distancing and hand sanitizer in the facility. I was showed each room and explained what each service was for, their benefits and their costs.
