I was a customer pre-pandemic and Tina took great care of my nails. I tried a few salons after things went back to normal and had horrible experiences at Varsity and My Perfect Nails. My nails were destroyed. I came back to Florida Nails and started working with Rong. He does the absolute best work. My nails are growing back beautifully. He’s on schedule, pleasant and professional, and his work is so good. I have not a single complaint. I’m hopeful things continue to go well.

I walked on to this salon around 4pm this afternoon hoping to get a pedicure. There wad one customer in the place getting het nails done. The person working there virtually ignored my presence. I stood there 5 minutes & waited. Never did she ask me what I needed or even ssid “Hello”. I walked out, nevet to return. I can see why therewad only one customer in there.

Critical: ProfessionalismJust a terrible experience I called and made an appointment when they opened for 2 pm and I have never been to this salon before and I get there and the tech doesn’t even act like he wants to help me and then says he doesn’t have time to do designs and that I have to make an appointment for that specifically and let them know beforehand which is ridiculous when they knew I’ve never been there before. There was also only 2 other guests in the salon at the time and no one was waiting they were all being attended too already so it wasn’t like he had someone waiting. I have been to multiple salons around town and never once have had an experience that felt as rude and unprofessional as this one. Just a terrible experience I called and made an appointment when they opened for 2 pm and I have never been to this salon before and I get there and the tech doesn’t even act like he wants to help me and then says he doesn’t have time to do designs and that I have to make an appointment for that specifically and let them know beforehand which is ridiculous when they knew I’ve never been there before. Love this salon they take there time and do amazing work. They do not treat you like others nail salons do with just another head to count and rush though. Great experience… made the appointment, was seen at the right time, pedicure massage was amazing … the massage chairs are an essential part of the pedicure! Those chairs are the main reason I don’t just paint my own toenails… that- plus feeling spoiled and having someone else do it for a fair price! When my artist made a small mistake she promptly corrected it and made her client leave happy!! BTW: this review is a full month after my pedi… I wish my toenails grew faster because the REGULAR polish stayed so well that I’m only going back for a trim and new polish cause my nails grew out so there’s fresh (unpainted) nail to be seen and I’m ready to be pampered again… I don’t think I’ll even change my color ❤️

Called for a pedicure appointment and was told 6:30. Last 20-25min, no massage and not relaxing at all. Once finished my feet had no improvement! Very disappointed! Will not be going back. Lady wasn’t very friendly, she barley talked to me and it felt very awkward.
