Today was the first time going to this salon. The salon was recommended highly- in particular Donna as the hair stylist. I had high expectations and all of them were met. I think this was one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in a long time.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDO NOT go to Donna!!! She absolutely ruined my hair and I had to have color correction done. Asked for some blonde highlights and I now have 2 huge 1” bleach stripes down the back…this is what she considers “acceptable”. Please see the pictures on the Facebook review. She acted completely unprofessional and degrading when I asked for a PARTIAL refund. Also important to note that this was her 2nd attempt after some color errors were made during the first 2 hours I was there… If you go here, go to Dean.Service: HairstylingDO NOT go to Donna!!!
