I recently moved to the city and have obviously been looking for a reliable shop that keeps up with the latest in nail fashion. I found West End on Google Maps and decided to give it a shot. Needless to say, I’ve continued to return. Peter is amazing at what he does. The environment is calm and it usually isn’t super busy. If you need q good nail salon, I highly recommend you give them a try!

This is my 3rd or 4th visit. Each time I say I’m not going back because the lady is so unfriendly. Usually the guy does my nails and on this visit reluctantly she did them and surprisingly she was nice and friendly. Someone must have called her out on her unprofessional behavior because I’m sure she has caused a lot of customers not to return. I only come here. They always get me right! I’ve tried other nail salons in the city, and they don’t compare to this place. Plus, each nail tech know’s what they’re doing! Great place to be and the customer service is great! I’ve only been to this nail shop twice …. And I must say disappointed both times… the first time I came the lady did my nails and next day my paint chipped on both feet and hands. I said she didn’t cure my gel long enough.. I let it slide… now 8 months later I come back to the same lady and next day my nail chipped… she rushed my process my nails are lumpy and chipped now because she rushed my nails so fast. The man has great reviews I should have asked for him since all the good reviews are about him. I will be going back to only the man. Highly disappointed with my nails.
