My 2.5yo hated haircuts, to the point where he would have meltdowns before even getting in the chair. That was, before we went to Fresh Cuts in Eastport. Kristin was so sweet to him and made him feel so comfortable that now he looks forward to getting his haircut every time. She was very accommodating and listened to everything I said, making sure to wipe away the hair clippings so my son didnt itch his neck and get agitated. Just exceptionally happy with the whole experience and we keep coming back.
