Very nice experience. I brought my daughter here for her first manicure as a reward for something she had worked toward – she loves having her nails painted and I thought she’d enjoy the manicure “experience.” I chose this shop for their emphasis on cleanliness and nontoxic product. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted and given a brief tour, including the room where all tools are sterilized. The shop itself is brightly light with tons of natural light, peacefully quiet and felt very clean and welcoming. It’s a cheerful yet relaxing space. Felicia, who did my manicure, was warm, funny and chatted with us a bit. My daughter got a mini version of the manicure, including a little hand massage with one of the 4 different lotions you can choose from. She loved the whole experience. When we were home the next day, a few of her nail colors just slid right off in whole sheets! They weren’t gels, just regular polish. I messaged the salon and they replied immediately and had us back in the next day to redo it, at no expense. I was impressed by the commitment to customer service and the responsiveness. I wasn’t expecting a non-gel polish to last more than a few days, but I had been hoping for at least that, so we were happy to get a redo! (Which did last about 4 days, which I think is great for polish on a busy kiddo hand!) I got the CND polish and it lasted about 6 days before chipping, which again, I think is quite reasonable for non gel polish. All in all, a positive experience and even though there’s tons of nail places in shorter driving distances, I’d probably head back here again next time.

I was in need of a pedicure and wanted to try a new place. I was able to easy book online and get an appointment the next day. The salon is nice and clean. All the staff was really friendly.

This place is top notch and extremely clean. I love how they take time to care for your nails and really make sure you are comfortable. Felicia is my good to person and she first excellent work. Latara is the manager and has such a gentle touch when she is instructing or assisting nail techs with new techniques. She is definitely a class act. I only use Felicia; however, everyone there is so sweet. Oh and soooooo glad there is a new person working the front desk. She is definitely knowledgeable.

What a JOKE ! Not only was this place way overpriced, but the customer service was disgraceful . My pedicure was the worst. There was very little massage, my cuticles are red and irritated, and my polish started peeling the day after my service. What’s sad is the person who did my pedicure was THE MANAGER Latara. She was the most rude and disrespectful person I’d ever met in my life. She’s very abrasive and certainly flaunts her “authority”. My friend and I came there together and I feel horrible that my friend paid for my pedicure. This was a total waste of my time and a waste of her money . We will never return and I do NOT recommend. I would rate at ZERO stars !!

I go to Frenchie’s every 3-4 weeks for both manicures and pedicures. It is spotless. Every technician is skilled and friendly. I also take my daughter, who has Down’s Syndrome, and arthritis in her feet. The ladies there greet her warmly, make her feel at home and relaxed, and do an excellent job caring for her feet. Zulie, Rosie, Martha, Felicia, Yulia and the entire team are top notch. It is always a 5 star experience.

Went to get a pedicure the day I was leaving for vacation. As soon as I got home the nail polish fell off of one nail, all I was doing was packing. By the evening I had lost the polish off 4 of my toe nails. These pedicures are not cheap and I expected better quality for the price I paid, the pedicure did not last more than 2 days. Huge waste of money.

I am giving 2 stars for cleanliness and nice workers, but other than that I will not be returning. This place is WAY to expensive (I could have received a full body massage for an 1hr for the cost) for the services you receive. I wanted to try this place out because it looked so nice and pretty, and while it is all those things as well as clean they have less than desirable nail service. I didn’t mind the long couch with out massages, but they barely do anything with your feet. I barely got a scrub that was to my ankle. The gel paint job is blah! She barely left my toes under the heating mechanism, it even fell on the side of my foot one time making it burn, there is polish left on my skin, and then polish not all the way on my toes. I did not receive a second coat and I’m quite sure these are not going to last for 2 wks like I need them too.

No longer going here. First they don’t call to remind you of the appointment and then they charge you 50% of the service without your approval. Idid not consent or sign any paperwork for you to keep my card on file. Also they are overly priced for a mediocre service verses getting nails done anywhere else for less that last much longer.
