The Beautiful Balance
Went to get my peach fuzzed wax. The ladies in there were so friendly! The place is home like and comforting. Unlike most salons that want to over charge, their prices are very reasonable! Take care of these ladies, they will take care of you! It took her less than a few seconds for my wax. My total time there was probably 3 mins. On top of that I called that day looking for a last minute open booking which zi was not expecting lol. The manager said she would call me back and was able to pencil me in. Incredibly fast, professional service. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. The owner was so rude to me and said my hair “isn’t like normal hair.” She also said she should charge me “$400 for these highlights” even though I had a Groupon. They were horrible and so streaky after I told her I don’t like them streaky. I went the day of my prom so my hair could be done for it and I ended up hating it and she rushed so much. She didn’t even do the style. Ruined my prom.

My wife and I were in town for our 4 year anniversary and decided get a couples massage at the YOLO Salon & Spa. We had to call and change our appointment time due to a conflict in our schedule. Our first though was that they would be hateful like some other places we have worked with in the past. Instead they were able to accommodate us and were very pleasant to speak with on the phone. The massage’s were amazing and they did such a great job. We left feeling as if some weight had been lifted. I would recommend anyone to go there!

I am so glad I found Eileen, an expert in high/lowlights!! I came in with a specific look and color. Eileen listened carefully, showed me swatches and gave me exactly what I asked for ! I have been a very happy customer for almost 2 years now. I have beautiful butter blonde highlights and medium chocolate lowlights. I get compliments all of the time. I also like the fact that she schedules her clients so there is enough time and does only one at a time and no wait! I Highly recommend , you wont be dissapointed 🙂

Eileen was rude. She never asked me if I was satisfied with my haircut or showed me the finished worked. She lowered the chair and took off the cape. My hair was frizzy and I redid it as soon as I got home. I was the only client in the salon and she rushed me out as if customers were banging her door down. I wouldn’t give one star if I didn’t have to in order to post this review.

I was there last year and I had the same experience with the owner! Horrible results from a root retouch, over priced and rude customer service! When you treat people with such disrespect don’t expect them to forget! I wrote a poor review then and she wrote a slamming reply in response. No apology, zero professionalism and blamed me for her poor work! My highlights were not blended and were not blonde but brassy and ugly. Charged me over 100. and when I complained she made up lies to try cover herself. She also posted a before picture of me with no make up and never posted the after pic as a means to make me look ugly. She never dried my hair. I’m a blonde and when I left my hair was darker then when I arrived! I googled her name and she is on rip off reports which is another story. Beware!

The worst haircut experience of my life. my best girlfriend and I decided to try something new. I got a great style but the stylist chopped off 5 inches when I specifically said 1. My friend looks like the stylist took a ruler and chopped it straight across. We are both livid!!!! NEVER GET A CUT AT YOLO! The staff does not listen to what you want.
