Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have had two services here so far, and each left me looking forward to the next visit! My facial with Teresinha was perfect. I had the Vitamin C one, and she took such time and care during the service. I had a prenatal massage with Mila, and she was so skilled at this type of massage. I look forward to going back after my baby is born! The spa itself is very clean, and the receptionist is very welcoming! Their prices are reasonable. I have had two services here so far, and each left me looking forward to the next visit! My facial with Teresinha was perfect. I had the Vitamin C one, and she took such time and care during the service. I had a prenatal massage with Mila, and she was so skilled at this type of massage. I look forward to going back after my baby is born! The spa itself is very clean, and the receptionist is very welcoming! Their prices are reasonable. Truly, I had two perfect experiences!

Critical: CommunicationI really wanted to like this place and make it my go to place since it’s close to me and has good reviews. I purchased a Groupon for a massage and facial to try them out. The scheduling process was easy and the front desk person nice and accommodating. When I showed up there was some sort of problem with the booking (they had the wrong phone number under my name) but it was quickly fixed. Before going in, I filled out the forms they sent online and requested cupping as my add on service. Barbara was the person that took care of me. When she came in the room she did not ask about any problem areas, pressure I’d like, the add on service or anything. I assumed she reviewed the form I had filled out so didn’t think much of it. Well….I only received a massage which was just ok. She never gave me the facial or the cupping service, which I was pretty excited to try. At the end she asked if I enjoyed the massage and left. I assumed she was washing hands, getting product for facial etc but she never returned. When I realized that the time was consumed with the massage alone and she was not coming back, I left. I guess I could have said something to the person at the front desk but I feel that the person taking care of you, should know what services they are providing. I really wanted to like this place and make it my go to place since it’s close to me and has good reviews. I purchased a Groupon for a massage and facial to try them out. The scheduling process was easy and the front desk person nice and accommodating. My massage was relaxing and really helped me work out the kinks. Then I went to get my eyebrows tinted and shaped because I’ve been growing them out before I love to make a good impression. I am not good with eyebrows and had to totally trust my tech and they came out beautiful! Lastly my facial. I am frequently disappointed with the results of a facial but get them anyway with low expectations. No one has and will ever be able to live up to Lily’s facial. At the point where it hurt and most beauticians would have stopped she didn’t. She focused on different parts of my face until I was ready for her to go back to my nose which is always the hardest part. My face has never felt so clean and I actually woke up glowing not riddled with purge pimples. I recently needed a spa day … bad due to stress over selling and remodeling my house. I booked three appointments here and all were great! My massage was relaxing and really helped me work out the kinks. Then I went to get my eyebrows tinted and shaped because I’ve been growing them out before I love to make a good impression.
