My experience with Francis went very well! She provided a consultation upon arrival, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, educated me on the device, solutions/products being used during the microneedling session, explained each step of the entire procedure, and the aftercare. Francis sent me home with an aftercare kit and; ensured I could reach her with any questions or concerns should they arise. Francis was very nice. Her guidelines were easy-to-follow.
