The guy was doing my daughters nails and she wanted coffin shape and she asked him to adjust them 2 times and wanted white tips and he said he couldn’t do that then he was showing her what he could do then got a attitude and just clipped them off without saying anything and made my daughter cry. In acceptable!! They only want to do fast and easy work to make the most money they can not make the people they work on happy!

My technician was friendly and knowledgeable. They do amazing work here and it’s very affordable. Really clean work space, and take the steps to ensure customers and employees are safe. My nails are beautiful. Since it was my first time in I went with exactly what my technician recommend and I couldn’t be happier. First time going to a nail salon. I called for two walk in appointments, and they got us in right away no problem! My technician was friendly and knowledgeable. They do amazing work here and it’s very affordable. Really clean work space, and take the steps to ensure customers and employees are safe. My nails are beautiful. Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo I knew the owner John through my best friend she loves the way he does nails. I had never had his service before but his wife and another nail tech have done my nails and pedicure. One day I went to him and was disappointed in the way my nails looked and asked if he could fix them. He told me he could take them off but I had already paid and wanted them to just be fixed. His wife then proceeded to fix my nails and I left. I have been back multiple times but never to him. One day I am able to get my nails did the next he is saying I was rude and he can’t do my nails. I finally figured out he is holding a grudge against me from the day I explained he had done my nails and some were crooked and badly shaped. He was rude and usually establishments try to satisfy their customers but while doing my nails he was too busy focusing on everyone that walked in to make sure the client he was working on was treated fairly. I advise you if you decide to go choose his wife or anyone else. He has a bad attitude and is very unprofessional. He does not see you as an individual but as money that’s it. If you voice yourself he will treat you as if your nothing. I actually thought he was an okay individual and would recommend this place but now I see he is just playing a part he is not friendly and he does not care about his clients. I don’t believe it’s a race thing just very inconsiderate of his customers wishes if you criticize his work. Here the customers are not treated in a welcoming way instead as a number. So I knew the owner John through my best friend she loves the way he does nails. I had never had his service before but his wife and another nail tech have done my nails and pedicure. One day I went to him and was disappointed in the way my nails looked and asked if he could fix them. He told me he could take them off but I had already paid and wanted them to just be fixed.
