I have gone to many different nail salons in the Los Alamitos and Cypress area. I found Forest Spa Nails about 6 months ago. I have been so happy with their services! It is so peaceful with great music softly playing. They do not talk to each other (except for occasionally when needed) while they are working on you. It is very clean, sanitized and I am extremely comfortable there. All of the staff, especially owner Jay, are meticulous with their work! I’ll never go to another nail salon!

I got dip nails there for the first time. First it took the girl almost 2hrs and she not only made my nails super square when I asked for them to be more rounded but they were also slanted. She kept insisting it was my fingers that were crooked! Umm no! The other issue is my nails chipped and the corners broke after 4 days! I didn’t go back for repairs because I couldn’t handle sitting there for another 2hrs, and I feel they would have said it was my nails or something like blaming my finger for why my nails turned out slanted! I will never go there again.
