Positive: Professionalism, QualityDidn’t get five stars because they take phone calls during the massage. That’s crazy! Hire a receptionist all ready! I saw that this was a complaint a few years back. They obviously do not care that is it REALLY unprofessional to take calls and schedule appointments WHILE they are working on a client. Nonetheless, they are nice, clean, friendly, and with reasonable prices and great massages… yes, I continue to go back.Didn’t get five stars because they take phone calls during the massage. Didn’t get five stars because they take phone calls during the massage. That’s crazy! Hire a receptionist all ready! I saw that this was a complaint a few years back. They obviously do not care that is it REALLY unprofessional to take calls and schedule appointments WHILE they are working on a client. Nonetheless, they are nice, clean, friendly, and with reasonable prices and great massages… yes, I continue to go back.

My favorite place to get a massage! My lady always helps me out with any pains and always shows me attention, even if she’s had a long day. I’ve been going for a couple years now and have tried other spots and no one compares. I normally get a foot massage or a hour deep tissue.

With mostly back pain and neck tension I come here to relieve problem areas with a deep tissue massage. The last time i came i added essential oils to further help me relax. Great place to relax and get a thorough massage. Being a carpenter takes a toll on your body. With mostly back pain and neck tension I come here to relieve problem areas with a deep tissue massage. Here is my issue. I bought my girlfriend a massage and she liked the massage, but told me afterwards that the woman took 3 phone calls during a 60 minute session. So hands touching phones and paper and pen (for appointments) then placed on the back. So there is a minor cleanliness issue there. The real issue is a massage is supposed to be relaxing and soothing but the constant phone ringing and answering is not relaxing nor soothing. When I went to pick up my girlfriend, she was on the phone and came out to see who set off the door chime.

at first i was very happy with the female therapist, she had a great touch and technique.I got a 30 minute back massage and a 60 minute reflexology treatment. The reflexology treatment was just ok she was not as good at this as with her back massage, the real issues I had were her husband heating up his food and eating in the space beside me very loud and very difficult to relax. The other issue was she answered the phone during our session and booked another appointment and talked to her husband about it for 5 minutes. When the appointment arrived she got up and left me to work on him now her husband comes to finish up my treatment. He was rough and too fast he also shorted me 10 minutes. As I was paying she again leaves her client to stand there expecting a tip. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Its too bad because she does have a good touch just poorly run.

Oh My Gosh was this place a hit with the bridal party the night before the wedding in Andover Mass! The people at Foot Spa and Massage could not have been nicer they allowed us to bring chilled champagne, light up Led champagne glasses and a blue tooth speaker playing a Pre wedding playlist to get us all in the Mood! Now for the massage everyone raved about theirs and two said it was the best they have ever gotten! I give mine 5 stars and I am picky…they really know what places to hit to leave you feeling like new. I . had the guy by the way and he was really professional and amazing.There are 4 beds and massage rooms in back so if you are going to do this kind of thing you have to book in advance and ask if they can have more technicians on that day/night. Usually they have two on at a time we got 4 on! They will bring them in and give you a really special memory and leave your girl group bonded and ready for the main event be it a special dinner…or like us the night before the wedding. I wish i lived near this place truly. Did I mention the great prices? Just go don’t hesitate it’s a hidden gem! 🙂

I have been to Foot SPA & Massage in Andover for some time. Before coming here, I have been to many other places. I have a bad shoulder and cervical pain, so I have been getting massages basically twice a month for over a year now. Foot SPA & Massage is a very clean place and professional spa with conscientious and caring therapists. I have been seeing them for a long time and as far as deep tissue goes… They knows what they are doing. The therapist was very strong and knows her anatomy. She loosened up the tension in the back of my neck that I have been carrying for as long as I can remember. I highly recommend Foot SPA & Massage for your massages and you will not be disappointed.
