Frustrated! Longtime customer has previously ALWAYS been wonderful. However today was entirely different. I finally decided to upgrade to a 90 minute and there was not only work being done on the roof but VERY LOUD music as well. Nothing could over power it. I was advised that the buildings roof was leaking. With that said is the building even safe? Second, NOTHING was offered or done to accommodate a rescheduled visit. NOT VERY CUSTOMER FORWARD. Not a a discount on the next visit or even a free punch on the visit card. What a shame. Walked out after 20 minutes and no one cared. SHAME ON YOU!

Was in first time last week on Monday. There was some miscomunication on their end as they didnt wite my appointment down a week earlier, but they fixed it promptly. I had a 60 minute combo massage and the entire experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. Will visit this place again. Please keep up the great work.

Walked in guy who barely spoke English said he had an opening at 3:30. I said put me down for 2 persons. He said if his 2 o’clock didnt show he would call me. We didnt hear from him. We went back at 3:25 and he said you did not call me back. I said you were going to call me, I gave him my phone number. He tells me he has no time after I said to put us down for 3:30. I drove 40 minutes to get here and hung around for 2 hours for nothing. Do not recommend a place if they cannot understand English and communicate.

Got full body massage today, definitely not for everyone. I got pinched nerve around my scapula which goes into neck and up to the shoulders. So I basically needed someone to go deep into the muscles and the lady got hands of steel. They can definitely go deep into the muscles which is good for people who workout because deep tissue massage is usually like that. You end you feeling sore but recover the following day feeling better. Not for people trying to relax. Maybe you can tell them to go lighter but I love massage like this because of my pinched nerve.
