I loved the float. For me, I like to gather my thoughts. It felt like a rebirth. And dying. All I did was fall asleep. But that’s how powerful this can be in a noisy world. I noticed at least immediately when came out, how my mind was so quiet. And my feelings so loud. Loved it, will be back.

Normally I have a pretty good experience I work a lot and do not have much time today I talk to Chloe on the phone who wouldn’t give me her name initially and I wanted to come into the Salt Room by the time I got there I would have 40 minutes instead of the normal 45 and she told me I could not come in even though they close at 4:00 and just have a 5-minute shorter time so then I asked to speak to the manager because I told her I thought it was kind of weird and she said it’s not weird so I said can I speak to your manager please and she hung up on me. I have bought packages from them before and I feel very insulted and like they were very inflexible about me just getting salt therapy for 5 minutes shorter time

2nd time visiting and it was a decent experience. I enjoyed my float, my husband not so much. He said the music was not soothing and was too loud and he could hear a dripping in a drain and he ended his 60 min float after 20 min. I had an enhancement added after my float and used the 3D massage chair. The 3Dmassage chair worked well but was loud and everytime it tilted you back to stretchbout your legs a high-pitched screech happened that could be heard in other rooms. Seems like the joints needed lubrication. Our host accepted the feedback and gave back our GC for the float.

The float room was clean and stocked with everything you could need. I thoroughly enjoyed the float and the hydro massage table. Would recommend and definitely will be back!

Karen was awesome. Took the time to talk with me about the infrared suana and experiences I had before when I realized I didn’t like it. She was still showing it to me and talking about all the benefits, but I just don’t like the heat. So I tried the hydromassage instead. I enjoyed my float and the room. Very clean. The float was as nice as always. I wake up feeling rejuvenated. The hydromassage is cool. I did like it, but I want to keep trying the other enhancements until I really settle on something. I like that it is connected to the salon, incase you want to get your hair done or something. You really could make a day of it if you want too. Makes me feel good to do something for myself and they make it easy.

It was my first time doing a float and it was amazing. I did a 60 min float and a 3D massage. The place is very clean the staff are friendly. Ciara was very friendly and helpful and even gave us tour of the facility. Wound up buying a membership because I liked it so much. Defin looking forward to trying the salt room and hydro bed down the road.
