This review is for the manager that cut my two daughters’ hair on April 3, 2022. She was the only one working and was able to get us in right at 12pm which was their appointment time. Both girls ended up with great haircuts and she did them really quick while making sure they were done right. If we come back, we will make sure to book with her.

Today we took our 4-year-old son to get a “trim”. He had shoulder length long hair and when she was done, I couldn’t even tell you what his haircut looked like. She absolutely butchered his hair!!! His mother and I are furious at the results. Never again will we step foot in that place. Anyone reading this should never take their child there for a haircut. That woman had zero idea of what she was doing. I don’t know her name but she should be ashamed. Now my son and his mother are both crying.

The manager is extremely unprofessional and RUDE. They quoted me $318.00 for touch up with highlights and trim and I said I was not going to do it and that price was ridiculous. I then said I have been to professional salons in Pittsford and never paid over $200.00. She then told me I was rude for saying this and that they too are professionals. I was referring to the price she quoted and comparing it to the price in a ritzy salon. I left the salon and thanked the girl who was going to be doing my hair.

I took my little sister to get her hair cut for her 18th birthday, and we left there with her hair much shorter than she wanted it. The girl who cut her hair lacked the experience for the style she wanted. Thankfully, the manager did her best to fix it, but my sister still left pretty upset. Be aware when you book your appointment that your stylist may be brand new to cutting hair.
