My pedicure was luke warm and the massage chair was never turned on ….I had appointment arrive 5 mins. Before time asked to wait in an area were I was not able to look at colors while I waited for 15 minutes….she did not ask me my name when i came in had no idea what i was wanting until my feet where already in the foot spa that was also never turned on no salt was added to water ….had to struggle to get my color selection …it was like I was pulling teeth…..then the tried to talk me out of what I was hoping they could do for me….I tried to ask should I come back another day to get the design with someone who could design what I wanted, but she rudely cut me off. And said how she is trying to take care of her customer who came in after schedule appt. time which was the same time as me. And there was only 3 people on staff seeing how I chose them for their late hours.Granted I know that was my first time there ….but her customer was also disputing with her about what she was wanting…..back to only was asking if they could create what I wanted or not, whit my hands because my pedicure was complete but I was not happy with. The manager or owner who knows ….was very rude and cold person….so I had to get I rate with her to let her know that is not the way you run a place of business.

BEST NAIL SALON IN WEST COVINA! If you want quality nails at an affordable price go here! 3D, stiletto they do it all & the pedicures are the BOMB! They are clean, up to code and don’t reuse anything! Tommy does amazing nail designs as well! Only place I trust with my hands & feet!

Horrible job… they charged me for top coating gel when I didn’t ask for it. Not even a week after my nails were done they started to come off when I went in to complain they said nothing wrong with it. Don’t waste your money here!!! Horrible customer service!

My cousin, niece and I went in to get a pedicure, they ignored my niece (2 years old) I asked multiple times if they could give her a pedicure instead they moved on to walk up traffic. I guess they are not child friendly. They have horrible service. I regret paying for the terrible service.

I moved to West Covina in May only nail place I’ve been going to it’s been ok but the last draw was when I went in on A Thursday at 640 pm the nail tech tells me to pick a color than I take a sit waited till 710pm for the I think owner to tell me it’s like 20 min wait I was already there a half hour for nothing because I had to leave I will not be going back.
