This is a new nail spa that EVERYONE should try. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted buy an employee and was quickly seated. Lisa did my pedicure and she was amazing. She is very friendly and conversational, she also did a great job on my toe nails. She offered me a drink and welcomed me to the spa. She treated me as though I was her girlfriend and I really felt comfortable. Sandy did my fill-in and they are amazing. Since this is her spa and it was my first time there, she welcomed me to the spa and told me about her incentive for her customers. She was friendly as well. I felt like the service was not only quick but top level. Sandy also think each customer as they was leaving, which I thought was amazing. It made me feel appreciated and value as a customer. The ambiance and the spa was very welcoming and relaxing. After a long stressful week, it was nice to relax and get pampered. I will return and will be taking my family members with me. They also allow you to make an appointment, which I think is amazing.

I absolutely love this place. The customer service is unmatched in the area. If you need your nails done in NC this is it! Originally from New York and the energy of everyone from the owners to the staff is immaculate. They are so clean and efficient, I’d never go anywhere else to do my nails in the Carolina’s. I have been looking for a new shop in Charlotte and I am very glad I tried out Lavish! Sandy did an amazing job on my my set, she gave me the shape I was looking for, and she was very patient. The shop itself is very nice and well kept. I also got a pedicure and the chairs seemed new/up to date. The shop had a lot of DND gel polish options, which is the brand I usually use. They also offer complementary drinks! I will definitely be back to see Sandy!
