I’ve been going to this place for 2 years easily when I moved nearby this salon. During the pandemic they did an excellent job at following the CDC guidelines. I used to get my pedicures along with my fill here but the warm wet towels smelled like mold every time. So I started getting my pedicures else where.I would always get my nails done by Selena. She was l the only nail tech that can do modern nail art so I always ask for. They have a lot of polishes but they are always out of the seasonal colors. After my last appointment with Selena for my birthday I don’t plan on going back. I’ve never dealt with a nail tech that will argue or debate with you on what design and colors you choose that you are paying for. She’s always snappy and rude if you don’t agree with her. I’d rather take my money else where and save the headache

I have been getting acrylics my whole life, and though the people and this place are lovely, I have never experienced this much pain from my nails in my life. I got an acrylic set about 2 months ago and I have been struggling with 2 completely ripped off/ broken nails since. One of my nails completely came off (this has effected not only my nail but my whole finger tip) and the other broke in half and I tried absolutely everything I could to get these nails off and it took over a month to just do that. My nails are still recovering from this and I just want to advise you to be careful because I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else!!!

My nails look horrible! I get my nails done often and the way this man was doing my dip was completely wrong! When I told him I wanted a cut down he got an attitude and started to be rough by bending and twisting my fingers! I also didn’t like the shaping of them and I asked another employee if there was someone else who can do my shaping he said that the man doing them should be able to achieve it and he didn’t! I’m not a hard person to please but I am very disappointed by the way my nails look and the way I was treated! Won’t be back! Also there were about 5 wasp flying in there they have an infestation of them that they need to get it taken care of. Don’t waste your time or money here!

I got a full set with gel polish for $65 and all of the nails popped off within 5 days of me getting them done. The technician that did my nails cut my cuticles with the drill multiple times and left cuts on them. He put the acrylic on extremely thick and did not seem to have any professional training. For the cost, this place is not worth it. I’ve come here many times before and didn’t have many issues, but this was extremely disappointing.

Critical: QualityI went in for a fill and a pedicure. I always get gel polish because it lasts longer and stays shiny. My pedicure was fine, but when he went to paint them I realized he wasn’t all that great. There was polish on my skin and he did not paint my whole nail in some places. It looked sloppy. A woman ended up having to repaint them and she also cut away more cuticle that the other guy missed and reshaped them. I went to a different guy for my nails and he was really nice but my nails were thick and not filed down correctly. There were lumps and they were uneven. I also had the issue of the sides of my nails not being painted which was really noticeable due to the light color. I had spent over 3 hours in the salon and decided to deal with it. I came back the next day because I couldn’t take it and got them reshaped and repainted. 2 days later they turned brown. I went back and asked them to fix them because at this point I had spent too much money in the establishment to still have issues with my nails. They wanted to charge me an additional $25 just to repaint them and blamed my hand sanitizer lol I politely walked out. My toes are starting to do the same thing now. I got gel for the sole purpose of it to last longer than a few days or I would’ve saved my $25 and got regular polish. It’s the principle of some things for me. That’s all. I do appreciate them trying to make it right initially but those should not be issues in the first place or the issue of your customer for that matter. They always do such a nice job. I used to have an allergic reaction when ever I got my nails done the tissue around my finger nail would get red, swollen and itch. I have never had this issues since I have been get my nail done at First Nail Spa. The employees are friendly and the spa is very clean.
