Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityFirst of all, these people aren’t very friendly. I walked in and the lady just glared at me like I wasn’t wanted. Second, the other girl who cut my hair was in a area where the lighting was awful. I wanted thin fringe bangs with layers and long pieces on the side to frame my face, and I walk out with these thick, choppy, uneven AWFUL bangs. $20 for a haircut that looks horrible. First of all, these people aren’t very friendly. I walked in and the lady just glared at me like I wasn’t wanted. Second, the other girl who cut my hair was in a area where the lighting was awful. I wanted thin fringe bangs with layers and long pieces on the side to frame my face, and I walk out with these thick, choppy, uneven AWFUL bangs. $20 for a haircut that looks horrible. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTerrible service! Sent my nephew to get a perm! He was originally supposed to go to a different salon but he thought I said this one. He is not from here! The lady who permed his hair said she doesn’t do the back of the head! The perm it’s self did not stay the whole left side including the back is flat! No curls what so ever! He wanted his hair faded… idk what kind of fade that is but it’s not a proper fade! I called to explain the situation and she told me that I was rude. She said she can do it again in a few days.
