Honestly.. they would rather lose a customer then fix the problem. I wanted a slight reshape after paying $145 for nail extensions and a pedicure.. tipped another $40.. didn’t love the shape of my nails. I was told I asked for the wrong thing… argued with. And when I asked to make apt to have fixed she just stopped talking to me. I guess it’s time to find a different nail salon. Disappointed bc I just moved here and would have been a regular customer. Oh well.

Very disappointed in the treatment of customers. The owner is incredibly rude and doesn’t care about the health of her clients. She recommended gel nails rather than a normal polish when the client’s nails were breaking – she insisted even when health concerns were raised (all for a quick buck). She doesn’t hold all clients to the same standard either. She told a client speaking on the phone in another language to quiet down so that one of her white clients could “relax more,” and said nothing to another white client also on a call just several minutes later. Horrible experience- take your money elsewhere!!!

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Lady never even filed and buffed the tops of my my nails. Every nail looks ridged and and lumpy. Sides are uneven and parts of nails left unpolished. Looks like my young daughter polished them. Manicure

Friendly and accommodating, lots of new colors plus fun gel finishes like magnetic polish and matte topcoat. However, no powder gel available and my tips are already chipping less than a week later due to poor finishing on the edges. Weirdly reluctant to do three coats with lighter shades, which is what I normally do with semi-translucent and glitter gel.

Fingers Faces & Toes is the best nail salon in town. My manicures always look great and last longer, and get great compliments from friends. The staff is so friendly and professional.
