My 15 years old son had a haircut appointment there. Had to skip his soccer practice to make it on time. When he arrived, he was told to wait few minutes for the barber to be done with another customer. After waiting over 45 minutes and nobody saying anything, he decided not to waste any more time and left without getting a haircut! Very disappointing and unprofessional!

Great shop. I’m not a regular and don’t live in the area but they treated me just like the treated the people who frequented the studio. Definitely go check them out but do yourself a favor and make an appointment. They are busy for a reason.

My son went in for a haircut with barber Don on Saturday and was not to happy that I made him an appointment where he didn’t know anyone or had never been LOL. He usually is a very quiet kid and gets the same haircut since he was in 9th grade. He came out of the appointment with a totally different attitude, cut and a great experience, he will for sure be back. Great job Barber Don and ty for making his experience great.

I was present when the child had his medical episode the day of. I watched all barbers stop their cuts to assist the child and mother (J). I was their when they offered to call medical assistant and she denied the assistance, all barbers gave the child water and fruit to help with his sugar level and she denied the help too. Another mother who was present even attempted to help her and she denied it, my son is medically handicap as well, and they provide outstanding level of comfort for him. So me being present for that, I feel that review is wrong and not accurate at all. This place treats all their clients with care and comfort, especially people who have medical conditions.

I haven’t been able to find a consistently good barber, until now. I have been very pleased with all of the services I have received from Finesse. I have started scheduling with Mike, and am never let down. He just helped me out with my beard & a haircut for my wedding & it came out amazing! I also bring my 9 year old son with me and he also loves this place, too! Danielle helped my Mom that same day and is a great barber as well. My Mom has cancer and needed her head shaved and Danielle had a very gentle hand and was so considerate to her, we appreciate all of you @ Finesse! Thank you!
