Filiz Hair Design / Salon Suna – We Joined The Team!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had to write this review to tell people this salon is not a 4.8 stars salon! I looked at reviews, trust the stars and went to the salon for hair color! I asked them for Ash high and low lights on my hair (naturally dark color). She gave me balayage!!!! which was in red tonnage! I called them next day and they offered me free tonnage! Now my hair after bleaching and two times color processing is dark again! Looks like I just wasted my time and money!Good things about the salon: The staff are sooo nice and welcoming! I had to write this review to tell people this salon is not a 4.8 stars salon! I looked at reviews, trust the stars and went to the salon for hair color! I asked them for Ash high and low lights on my hair (naturally dark color). She gave me balayage!!!! which was in red tonnage! I called them next day and they offered me free tonnage! I came in wanting a mix of partial highlights/balayage and Filiz went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My hair is also warmer in tone and I asked for the highlights to be more ashy/cool in color. I usually don’t color my hair but I wanted something different for summer. Filiz did SUCH an amazing job. My hair doesn’t feel damaged or dry either. Staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I’ll definitely be back :)5/5 100% recommend Filiz Hair Design! The salon strives to cultivate a very pleasant experience to the customers. It’s very clean, well appointed and the entire staff is very friendly. They practice old world hospitality in a variety of ways, from making you feel welcome to the complimentary tea or coffee. I came unhappy with previous salon and now I have found the salon that I will always go to! It’s a half hour ride from my house and worth every mile!
