Critical: ProfessionalismI got my hair braided Saturday morning, and she did not do a good job either. I informed the lady that was braiding my hair, that she left a gap in between my braids. I wanted her to do it over she said it will be ok just put some gel there. I don’t even used gel in my hair. She slapped so much gel in my hair that it’s flakey and looks nasty. She started rushing on my hair because some guy kept rushing her asking what time and how long for him to get his hair done. She didn’t even know how many clients she had. They just kept coming. She should have set time frames for everyone. I explained to her I wanted it done over and she didn’t even care. I got my hair braided Saturday morning, and she did not do a good job either. I informed the lady that was braiding my hair, that she left a gap in between my braids. I wanted her to do it over she said it will be ok just put some gel there. I don’t even used gel in my hair. She slapped so much gel in my hair that it’s flakey and looks nasty. Critical: QualityIf I could give no star I would! I went two weeks ago to get box braids. It was my second time getting my hair did from here so I felt she would do a good job. I was told on the phone two people would do my hair. When I got that only one person did my hair. I inform her that she could take her time I had nothing to do that day. When my hair was finish it look and felt like it was rushed. It was gapped and the parting was very big. My entire middle and back of my hair was braided down. Halfway through I told her one side looked fuller than the other side. She took a few down and did it over. Now here it is two weeks from when I got my hair did, braids are falling out.
