Bah did SUCH a good job! It’s not super tight, yet very neat. There’s no added extension & she only braids your hair(I added the phony pony), so if you want your hair braided I’d recommend her!

Do not go to this shop they do you hair any type of way. I showed a picture how i wanted my hair and what i got looked nothing like what i asked for. I wasn’t full at all, big parts and big braids in the middle of my head. My parts was all different sizes. I do not recommend any one going to them. They refused to fixed their mistakes and offer a refund. Please do not do business with them.

Never get your hair done here. They part your hair big in the back and in the middle. I gave them a picture of what I wanted of some kinky twist. The lady made them so short I couldn’t get them in a pony tail. I had to go back for them to add extra hair. It is not worth it. Please don’t go here if you want full and lengthy braids. Senageles braids . Braids are HORRIBLE. THEY ARE HUGE. They are all different sizes. My hair is long and the braider ella was pulling my hair out of a rubber band literally tearing my hair that was air drying . I paid for a wash and she only washed the front of my hair. Did not blow dry it. So it air dryed and because it is natural it started tangling up. She put it in a ponytail and was pulling hair from the ponytail to braid. Literally tearing my hair it was a very painful I asked if we could stop so I could go purchase detangler she did not want to stop to allow me to go purchase detangler she said she would comb it out which she was not holding my hair to comb it out she just started combing it like Sealy on the color purple. she constantly pulled my hair the entire time the braids look like a 10-year-old did him they are lumpy they’re not neat they’re all different sizes I paid extra money for longer length she only added length to a few of them when I contacted her about the different sizes of the braids and the length that was not added she started giving me all these excuses about I have a lot of hair and they make them bigger in the inside and I said well I didn’t expect that that’s a shortcut and I didn’t shortcut you your money basically she gave a bunch of different excuses as to why she didn’t add hair to some of them and why my braids were really big on the inside and after $250 I expected all my braids to be neat and I understand they’re not going to be perfect but somewhat of the same size anyway she did not add the length to them when I contacted her about it she told me she would send me back $20 overall bad experience don’t go I pay her extra money to wash my hair she only washed the front I will never go back ever again and I would recommend that you do not go and let them braid your hair at all.

Very, very disappointed. I made an appointment for my Granddaughter’s hair to be braided 4 days in advance. I called the day before and confirmed the appointment. When my Daughter and Granddaughter arrived at the scheduled time; 45 minutes and 2 braids later, my daughter was informed that no one was available to complete the braiding. My daughter was informed that no one was aware of the appointment. My daughter was referred to another beauty salon where my Granddaughter’s hair was done beautifully. What was to take 2 hours; ended up consuming 4.5 hours; which really impacted the family tight schedule.

Not only did my head get out through hell while getting it done, the hairstyle came out completely different than what I asked for, and it ended up breaking out my head and caused an allergic reaction. Went here to get my hair braided; seat was too low to see out of any mirrors until after it was done. Not only did my head get out through hell while getting it done, the hairstyle came out completely different than what I asked for, and it ended up breaking out my head and caused an allergic reaction. Luckily I am back home with my regular hairstylist but she also has noticed where the hair is broken from where they put a liter to my head or pulled the hair out from braiding too tight.

Well first off only reason why I’m giving them one star is because they were able to fit me in due to a last minute cancellation with my stylist. But other then that it was awful. First off I came in to get 9 feed in braids which doesn’t take that long. They had me in the chair until 3:45 and they had about 4 stylists with two to a person. But I was patient because they decided to fit me in. But the person who did my hair was very unprofessional. She kept stopping to check text messages and answer personal calls. Answering a call is no problem with me but when you have to completely stop doing my hair several times that’s when I get aggravated. Then some people she knew came into the shop to advertise things they were selling. She paused doing my hair to go through the stuff and feel and this makes me more furious. Then she kept getting distracted with some kid that was running around and playing with him. I have no problem with a stylist taking a break here and there but she went overboard and a hairstyle that was suppose to take a hour took damn near 3. And she did her own thing because it looks nothing like the pictured I showed her 10 times, because if I knew she didn’t know how to do it I would have kindly taken my business elsewhere. But overall I was completely disappointed from the service and would not recommend anyone to go there.

Hair looked good, But i did not enjoy three people working on my head at once, two is usual the minimum I thought. I paid $180, the two girls in the back were “new” she was instructing them, the main one in girl in the middle of how to i assume start and part the braid. when i noticed i didn’t even ask questions, i simply didn’t. the middle didn’t look like the outside ones which the real lady had done. over all ok braids imma

Worst hair salon in the area. Went to get a TOUCH UP on my braids and the person doing my hair took almost 4 hours, talked and played around and still didn’t do as good of a job.The people that work in the hair salon are rough and show no sympathy. They sit in the chair and don’t move and when they start doing the front of your hair they like for you to hold your head back the whole time, expecting you to not be tired after holding it for so long. Would recommend going to Dema African braiding they move fast and braid very good.

Do NOT go there for services! Owner is NEVER there so they just have random workers coming in and out of the shop! Went in for lemonade braids and the experience was horrible. She kept stopping to attend to a toddler while I was in her chair, therefore job had to be rushed bc I was scheduled to leave for work in 4 hours! The end result was horrible, it looked nothing like the picture I showed her but I still paid the money because I did not have time to get it fixed before work. I tried callng the next day to come back she hung up on me saying no one was in the shop. The very next day I went to another African salon who was affiliated with the owner (which was still out of town) and she wanted to speak with the person who did my hair because she was just as shocked at the end result. She was very rude to her as well but it was then after that she offered to “fix” my braids. She called me 5 min before I had to clock into work saying I could come in then and once I told her I had to work she immediately became unreasonable. She put another client on the phone to argue with me and basically said if I can’t come in today then there’s nothing she could do, instead of working with me to find a day that I wasn’t at work she told me she was booked the rest of the week. Smh never again !
