Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI highly recommend this place. Every time I am in town I get my hair done by the owner. She is very gentle and fun. Last time I was in town she did my knotless braids and I got so many compliments. She is definitely one of the best. The ladies in her shop are very polite and welcoming.

I actually don’t live In PA, but will fly in town to get my hair braided. Boy let me tell you she did not disappoint. I have gotten so many compliments off this hairstyle. Fatou is the sweetest and she is super funny, making the whole experience even better. Other staff members are also really nice, respectful, and always willing to help when they’re free. I’ve been going to Fatou for years and I recently decided to give the knotless braids a try. I actually don’t live In PA, but will fly in town to get my hair braided. Boy let me tell you she did not disappoint. I have gotten so many compliments off this hairstyle. Fatou is the sweetest and she is super funny, making the whole experience even better. Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI went to the Fatou’s to get knotless braids. The owner is the one who did my knotless braids and she did a poorly job. I showed her how small I wanted my knotless because I have thick hair. When I looked in the mirror I noticed my parts were extremely big. In addition, my parts were not neat at all. When I reached out to the owner about my hair. She told she could redo it and normally don’t give money back. Also, she mentioned that my hair is natural and this is why my hair looks the way it does. I went to the Fatou’s to get knotless braids. The owner is the one who did my knotless braids and she did a poorly job. I showed her how small I wanted my knotless because I have thick hair. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI mostly go to them in the summer time . They are really great a what the do and for a great price especially sense they provide the hair for you. And the hair is so soft and the braids are neatly done and it lasts for a great amount of time.
