I went to get box braids I was there 10 hours the lady braiding my hair said it would take 6 maybe 7 hours it took her 10 hours. The owner saw the girl taking 10 hours she did not stop to assist or care to help her get done quicker. She cut a lot of my hair off when she got finished braiding it because she didn’t tuck it. When I got home 3 braids fell out. I called the owner to let her know she did not care. She had gotten my money and only cared that she had got paid. Please don’t go there to get your hair braided it takes to long and the they don’t care about professionalism. The owner does not stand behind her work or employees work

I have been a loyal customer of fatimas for YEARS anytime there’s been a issue with any services I received from fatima all I’ve had to do was call and make her aware and she’d fix the issue. I got my hair braided today makes a week since my service I usually only get serviced by fatima However I was told she’s going to be gone for awhile. Her sister completed my service which hasn’t held up a FULL week. I called to notify her of my issue and she looked for every excuse possible to justify her poor braiding service. Regardless of how I sweat in my head fatimas braiding last me awhile rather its six braids, box braids or twist. I called to resolve the issue at hand and the solution giving is to spend more money and get another service which possibly won’t last a week. I’ll be looking into other solutions to solve this matter. Times are hard nobody has money just to waste on poor inadequate services being giving.

There was 3 ppls on 1 girl head but I still had to wait and they never reasured me I would be getting service soon so I got up in left. Bad customer service on all those ladies. I will never go back. Critical: QualityI went to the shop on Monday 4/5/2021 me and my daughter. My daughters hair is beautiful, exactly how I asked the lady to do it. I’m so unhappy with the service I received and will never go back. I showed them a picture of how I wanted my knotless braids and was very specific of how particular I am about braids and parts. The lady was very nice who did my hair but i did not get what I asked for at all. The parts in the back are huge and the parts on the sides are medium size and the parts at the top of my head in the middle are tiny as ever. As soon as I figure out how to post photos I will. My thing is, if you can’t do exactly what I want then say that or say it will be more money because all of the braids I wanted.
