I’m new to the area & looking for a good place to get my nails done. So I went in with my cousin who has gone there before & said they did a good job. The guy who I got did not do a good job at all. I have never in my time of getting my nails done in the past 4 yrs have ever been so disappointed. They’re not shaped well at all & I’ve got bumps all over. I honestly just wanted my money back & when I went in I was told to just come back to have them fixed… I’m very very hesitant on even stepping foot back in there at this point.

This is a really good nail spa. They do good with nails but excellent with pedicure which is what I mainly get done there. The last time I went I had my nails and a pedicure done. All in all a really good spot for both.

Good clean place, but if you use regular nail polish just a warning their base & top coat is a horrible quality that changes polish yellow tint & chips very quickly. I’ve told Natalie about this and she says that’s just because I use regular polish. Doesn’t sound like they care to change.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI started coming here in the last two months and have come here twice. I’m now getting small infections around my nails every week. I’ve never had this happen before. They must not be cleaning their instruments well. Also the quality of the materials they use don’t last long. My nails keep breaking after just 2 weeks. Prices are ok I guess.
