Will not go back. For the 50 that she charged me my toes look horrible. I have uneven lines of nail polish and mind you the color was only white. Why should that be so difficult yet she wanted to add her own tip after swiping my card… Pedicure

I came here because my usual salon, Zen nails, was insanely packed. I asked if she could do a certain design, she said no, and the colors were not a very big selection. My nails came out very clumpy with bumps, crooked on some fingers, different lengths, exposed glitter, and dull spots, and did not have the shape I wanted. I saw a roach come out of the ceiling, the tools used at the place were not sanitized at all, she just pulled them out of the drawer, did not use gloves or wash her hands between clients. A lot of the decor seems old and the place needed dusting. I do agree Jamie is a sweet woman, it’s just a bit overpriced. I asked for acrylics and she gave me a dip powder. The dip color was very pretty, the quality of the shaping was not. When seeing a problem with my nails, she said she would go back later and fix them after they were done, didn’t happen. Everything was very odd about the place, not to mention her license was expired. I didn’t have the heart to tell her that I didn’t like them, so I just ate the $45 and took them off when I got home. I will definitely get them done at Zen nails tomorrow and never cheat on my nail tech again

I am new to San Antonio and just googled nail salons and I am so glad I went with this one! The salon is very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Jaime, the owner, is amazing! This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming back and recommending her to my friends. She prefers appointments but will take walk ins if she has time.

While I agree Jamie is a very sweet lady, her quality of work is very unacceptable. I had called to make an appointment on a Sundayaafternoon. When I arrived there she had another customer soaking her feet – I am assuming waiting for a pedicure. Long story short, she rushed through my mani/pedi and did a terrible job. I thought about going back later that day so she could fix the hanging nails she left behind – which I didn’t detect until the heavy hand lotion dried off.

I was out looking for another shop, got lost so I stopped here. At 1st I explained that I had been messed over and needed a good place. She had no one there, so I thought about canceling other appt . When Jaime apparently the owner her time is so much more valuable than me asking ?s about getting a pedicure and new set she out of nowhere said, well are you going to go sit down, or ask ?s all day!! I was like seriously u just said that to me. In this empty shop and about to make $75.00, so I told her she was right I shld not waste her time and me and my question s wld lv. And my money is worth u taking a moment for me me to see if I cld trust her or not, obviously not! So I Am not sure all these other reviews were lucky but. I wld recommend stay away!!

One of the better pedicures I’ve had in while. Be warned on the weekends they only have one person working so you’ll have to wait if you donr have an appointment. Will definitely go back again soon
