The place is nice. This was them done… I love them but they drilled my cuticles instead of pushing them back so they where bloody. Also they didn’t cut off the left overs off my nails I had to pull it off Acrylic nails

We like the jelly pedicure it’s super moisturizing. I got my first gel manicure here yesterday (usually I go to another salon) and I thought the girl did a really good job. DO NOT GO HERE. My friend had a horrible experience…”this place has not only ruined my nails but my confidence. The service there was horrible. I was told over the phone their was no wait but got there and proceeded to wait over 40 min. They just don’t care about your nails…My nails started coming off after only a few days. All in all this place is rude, careless, and over priced. The photo is what I wanted and they said they could do….clearly not.”

By far the worst customer service ever. Have been going to this establishment for many many years. They did me soo wrong today. They told me to wait. I waited took me back to a chair to wait to get pedicure. Then 2 hours later told me to come back another day that they can’t take me after sitting in pedicure chair for 2 hours. Then lady tells me she needs to leave they are closed. I cant make this up. Waited 2 hours for pedicure and ended with nothing…..

First time here and my nails look amazing. I was greeted and sat down right away although I did have to wait about 10 minutes before the girl who did my nails appeared. The shop is very clean, and the interior design unique, it felt like I was in a castle. They have a large selection of colors and unlike some shops that have the color swatches on little nails awkwardly on a big key ring, there’s was very organized and in books that you could comfortable browse through. I liked this place lot, my only criticism would be smile and chat more with your customers!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFashion nails quite literally ruined my nails. I went in to get a fill, about 3 weeks after my previous appointment. I showed the tech what I wanted, and he said he could do it no problem. When he started actually doing my nails, he cut me several times with the drill, and was filing straight on my skin while shaping my nails! All of my nails were shaped slightly different and they were all extremely crooked/uneven. After asking him to fix it two separate times, and him making it worse each time he “fixed” it, I asked to just have the set removed. The girl who took the acrylic off was very nice and accommodating considering the acetone was burning the cuts he made on my fingers. I went in with a set that needed to be filled, was there for about 3 hours, and left with cut up hands, acrylic remnants all over my fingers, and very beat up natural nails. My nails are still very messed up to this day. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. So I went in for a full dip but my old dip had to be removed. Instead of removing them with acetone they peeled them off and broke my natural nails which were long but thin. Then when they placed tips on it they charged me for the tips and they don’t do a gel top coat on the dip and they look like complete trash. I’ve been getting dip done for years and this was the worst by far and I paid the most for it. When I complained at the price at the register they couldn’t understand they when the technician removed my old dip he ripped my nails. I will never come back here or recommend this place. I am also going to go to another salon right now to remove this trash.

Fashion Nails is my go-to nail salon. For the price you pay, it’s totally worth it. The techs, (all of which are very friendly), really take their time to make your nails look beautiful, and are talented by way of designs. They’ve always been able to exceed my expectations!
