Quick – efficient – fair. I got a acrylic refill with gel polish. After one week a nail popped off. They were more than happy to accommodate and fix my nail. It’s been over and month and all the nails are still on ! Very happy with quality and customer service.

Did my nails a few days ago with Louis and I’m extremely happy on how my nails came out. I’ve been coming here since they opened 2.5 years ago and been content with their services BUT I do agree with some of the reviews posted here. Their prices are changing constantly. I rarely carry cash on me and if I do, is less than $50. I always spend more than $100 here for me and my daughter’s nails and sometimes pedicures and always pay with credit card and I’m charged an extra $5 all the time, not including tip for everyone. Sometimes whoever does our nails, don’t do our feet, so that’s 4 different people I have to tip. Again, I’m happy on how Louis and Amy have done my nails but if these outrageous price changes and additions continue, they are going to lose many loyal customers.

I was recommended to come here by a good friend because she said the prices were affordable and the service was great. I’m sad to say that I disagree. My nail lady Lucy, she shaped my nails and they were all different lengths. I left and was like it’s okay, no problem but in less then 2 weeks, the top of my nails were chipping, breaking and I had to cut them down. Dip powder has lasted me up to a month before and It has never cracked and broke my nails. I am very disappointed and was the worst $45 i’ve spent on a manicure.
