Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: Qualitycame in about a year and a half ago and still have not gotten over how much money i wasted :/. three months into quarantine i decided i wanted to bleach my hair but leave the roots untouched, and then dye my hair a bubblegum pink color. my stylist that day, brandi, told me that after applying color to my hair it would only stay on for a short while due to how faint it was, so we went with a darker, more hot pink tone. i was so excited to get my hair done, explained to her what i wanted and she nodded and told me we could bleach my hair in one session since my natural color was already so light. she bleached my ends, leaving most of my natural hair untouched, and let it set for only about 15 minutes. bleach doesn’t work that fast and i was skeptical, but thought it was okay since she told me she knew what she was doing. fast forward to the dye and blow dry, everything seemed fine until my hair began to dry up and lighten after being wet. brandi was complimenting my hair left and right, saying she loved it. it did look good, however definitely completely off from what i wanted. i wanted my hair to be pink and left with red, despite her telling me it would come out in the hot pink shade we went for. i also paid $250+ that day. since then i’ve been dying and bleaching my hair by myself and it has worked wayy better than at fantastic sams. despite all that, brandi was very nice and fun to talk too, i was just dissatisfied with the end results :/Service: Hair coloringcame in about a year and a half ago and still have not gotten over how much money i wasted :/. three months into quarantine i decided i wanted to bleach my hair but leave the roots untouched, and then dye my hair a bubblegum pink color. my …More
