I’m a huge fan of Fantastic Sams, unfortunately this one was not so kind to me today. I understand the limited staff, (since they only had 1), but I did show up at 4:40, plenty of time for a trim. Sadly the lady said she could not take me in because she was already booked. She only had a 4 year old and his dad. It’s not like I was asking for a color change. So, I went to Great Clips right around the corner and they gladly took me in. I still had to wait 40 minutes, but still!! At least they did not refuse me as a walk in.

Oh my goodness I had a wonderful time. Great professional cosmetologist her name is Jennifer and you have to ask for her. She is totally amazing. Great personality. The sweetest voice is very calming in their studio. I am very blessed to be there today. I got right in when I needed to. You have to call ahead, but once you’re there, you will have no regrets. Don’t forget give him a call first and you will love it.

Isabel was my stylist and she did such a great job with the coloring!!! I wanted a balayage which seemed to be a hard thing for other salons, but she absolutely nailed it. I have naturally black hair so I’ve always been very worried about doing anything lighter with it. Isabel and the other two women there today (I’m so sorry for not getting your names!!!) were incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave me great advice for after care. I will definitely be back for any of my hair needs at this location!

I loved my experience. This was my first time at this salon. I wanted hair wash and hair trim so I chose haircut with wash and blowout. I think the person who did my hair is Isabel and did excellent job. I don’t feel like tying my hair (which is shocking because I always have my hair tied coz I never liked the way my hair looked, even after getting haircut from upscale salons) but now I don’t tie it up coz it looks so bomb! I’m so thankful this salon is so close to my home. Definitely returning!
