This lady Lindsey was straightening my hair and while she was doing so I was never facing the mirror so I couldn’t see my hair. As soon as I was in the car I realized she cut it so short at the top of my hair and I didn’t ask her to do that. Now my hair looks bad. now I have to wait for my hair to grow back and use moose to hold the strands down. Very upset.

I went here and they did not color my hair how I asked and I even showed a pic. I hv pics of everything before and after. So I went back and they said nothing could be done now, I said OK well when can u fix it? The owner and manager told me I got what I paid for and had me very upset and so I called fort smith and talked to the manager over there she had me come over, took a look good me to come back in couple days and she’d fix it for me. She did an amazing job at making me happy and so for that, Susan, thanks so much. DONT GO TO VAN BUREN FANTASTIC SAMS GO TO FORT SMITH.
