I walked in and didn’t have to wait. The lady that did my hair did a great job, I was really happy with the service. I did not like that I was charged an extra $10 on top of what I paid for my haircut because of how long my hair was. I didn’t expect a haircut to come with hidden fees.

I was greeted right away by staff. I have never been to this location. Place was nice and clean. I believe I had Becky or Rebecca bad at names. She was very nice and helped my migraine a bit when she washed my hair. I had a picture from FB of me and went with that style. She did an awesome job since the picture was hard to tell the cut. Here I am now 6 inches shorter.

WARNING!! I do not recommend this salon to anyone who is thinking of coloring their hair, cutting it, and styling it! I wasted my time and money I was robbed and lied to!! I asked for blonde highlights and shared a sample picture of what I wanted. The stylist colored my hair black and on the bottom tips of my hair it was red and orange omg!! My hair was wet and they charged me $170 dollars for mixing different colors and ruining my hair!! The nerve of this stylist thinking I am going to walk out with wet dripping hair not even a blow dry!! I was furious and was told with my color booster that I paid for I’ll see the results in a couple of days!! I looked horrible and lost days of work because the manager stated she’ll fix my hair! They made appointment after appointment because the manger kept canceling on me! I lost days of work and was called an hour before my appointment to cancel! I was promised my money back $170 and have not received it!! It’s a shame that stylist could ruin your hair and they do not feel bad at all even if you walk out crying!! This place is unprofessional and do not care to listen to the issues or concerns. Mario Tricoci fixed my hair in Libertyville and gave me the exact blonde highlights I wanted from the start! I was only charged $100 and they blowed dry my hair and used an iron and treated me with respect and assured me that I would walk out happy with my hair!! I did!! We all work hard for our money and we deserve honest, trustworthy people who will not treat us bad, take our money and never help fix the issues fantastic sams is the worst experience I ever had and last! They should shut this place down for good!!
