This is by far the worse nail experience I have had in Tampa! I went in wanting my nails taken offf and redone! She literally tried to fill my nails with a different nude color than the acrylic I HAD, that I wanted off! Then painted over them with gel polish and a pedicure that literally still hurts today the day after. Annie! She sits in the front. Very unprofessional. And not for nothing the 4 smoke breaks, and whatever was on that “Starbucks” cup smelled hella strong! I do not recommend going here for anything!!

The customer service is terrible I feel that they are racist to people that are in the community, yes they do good nails but it’s not worth sitting down feeling uncomfortable and feeling like they are speaking in another language disrespectfully to others ethnicity. Please do better and service the people who come to your shop! Period

I absolutely love this place down! They are very sanitary here, even before the pandemic. I see them take the supplies out of the pack every time. And every time I get a pedicure they have placed a bag inside to protect my feet. That’s what made them stick out to me the first time I visited this salon. Haven’t Haven’t been anywhere else (except once) in 2.5 years. I’ve had a couple bad encounters, buuutttt those ladies are no longer there. I always go to Vi. She takes her time, her work is very neat, and she is personable. As you will see when you schedule with her for yourself. I hope this helps!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy mom went to get an acrylic refill around 2pm and the girl that did her nails was extremely unqualified. First, when she was drilling down her nails she kept drilling over her whole finger, burning her skin around it. She was also holding my moms hand completely aggressively and uncomfortably, hurting her even more. Not to mention the overall rudeness to my mom overall after she politely denied an extra nail service that she offered. My mom stayed silent and let her continue until she literally lost control of the drill and the drill scraped and badly burned the whole side of my moms finger/hand and all the lady said was “oh sorry” and asked why she didn’t want to finish the service when my mom said no more. I truly question if the lady that did her nails has her professional license, because a licensed nail tech who went to school should not have made such mistakes. First, when she was drilling down her nails she kept drilling over her whole finger, burning her skin around it. I got my lashes done here but before getting them done the lady was eating and jumped right up to do my lashes which is good to be quick. But not washing your hands right after you just got done putting food in your mouth that is not acceptable.

This place is just pure bad business. Went in with a friend. We got just put gel nails and toes and they originally told me 20 for the gel. My friend waited over 40 mins and the gentlemen was just rubbing her feet the whole time did not know what to do. At the time of paying they said $50 for both. I let them know we are paying separate and then she said 25 for my gel polish after she just told me 20. When I asked why are you changing prices she said she never 20. To not argue I paid. I waited for my friend and they charged her 55 for TOE POLISH. $55. My polish didn’t even last 3 days.

I asked if there was anyone else to which he responded that yes and asked me if un had an appointment, I said no and very rudely he told me that no service would be provided without appointment. I mentioned my conversation with the day before employee and he said that that was wrong and told me to leave and make an appointment. They did a great job! I dropped in and asked for a quick gel nail polish without an appointment. One of the ladies did my nails super quickly, without any of the extra stuff and only charged $20! The nails look great and I can tell will last a long time!
