We came in later in the afternoon on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 to get a haircut for our little boy. We only had to wait about 5-10 min. There were legit only 2 girls working. They were taking walk-ins, answering phones, etc. I mean kudos to them for working so damn hard. They were running their butts off. Our son’s regular stylist was on vacation. However, he was happy and agreeable to have someone else do his hair. My little boy was very happy with his haircut. Thank you ladies!

I am very particular about my hair, The employees here always give me the cut I want at a fraction of the price of other places. It is in a convenient location, so if there is a little wait you have things to do. As long as it’s just a cut they don’t need an appointment, which is a huge plus for impatient people like me. This is the only place I’ll go for my hair.

At first this place almost got 1 star. A few days ago, I had my hair cut for the first time in years. I hated it. I felt I was rushed and unappreciated. I was trying to save my hair after I cut it myself and, accidentally hacked it off over a year ago. I wanted my hair back. So I called and made a complaint not expecting anything to come from it and to my amazement, the manager herself rescheduled me and she fixed it 100%! I cried, she taught me about products and how-tos and DONT-DOs!, this woman made me feel so amazing….she gave me my hair back. I’d give her a $100 tip if I could. Thank you Jean, you gave me my confidence back.

Critical: QualityI went in for a haircut on December 23 2021 a at fantastic Sams burning tree location. I showed a picture to the stylist as well as the instructions on how to do the haircut and all she did was take off my dead ends and do some face framing and never did any layers as she could see in the picture as well as in the instructions. They do no pay attention to detail or what the customer wants and are too busy trying to hurry through haircuts so they can squeeze more people in before close. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good quality haircut. Most often we go here for haircuts. Crystal is the best. The others often leave uneven parts or miss parts. Kind of annoying to pay for a haircut then go home and have to cut it some more yourself. They don’t like to cut short! They never cut short enough on my kids.

Manager was very helpful and friendly when I went in for shampoo after talking for a few I told her I disliked my hair I recently had done. She told me when I was ready to trust someone to fix it, if I was willing to give her a chance she would fix it. She made me feel really good about it. And yup, I’m making an appointment with her. Facility was clean and compliant with covid regulations.

I had a gift certificate that was going to expire the 20th of December. I explained my situation prior to making appointment in December stated that because of covid 19.most of the time hair salons weren’t open and then when they did my daughter got called out on Active Duty in the Army for 6 months. I didn’t realize my certificate was in my car until she returned. I had less than a week to use it the lady on phone was kind of rude and I arrived there she said, we only cut nothing else. Certificate was for 75.00 . I said what am I supposed to do with remaining 54.99 left she said well you should have thought about that I guess and gave me the receipt with balance and stated that maybe call and see if they might honor a expired certificate but she didn’t think so. I think she was very unprofessional when cutting my hair just didn’t want to touch or comb my hair I had to do it myself. She just took and chopped away . No spaying of water no nothing then said much better hope yah like it that was alot of hair, wich it was I agree. But I was expecting more of a polite response. I wont be going back there again. Thanks for taking money from my daughter pockets for me 54. Is alot for kids to lose to give to there mom at Christmas.

Shouldn’t have tipped in hindsight, because when I had my boyfriend take a picture of the back of my head, we noticed how bad it really was. I don’t even want to go back to have them “fix” it because I don’t trust them.
