Great service and great staff. The waiting area is slightly more outdated than I’d prefer, but you can’t beat the service for the price! Liz is an amazing stylist and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I’d highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time, and ask for either Liz or Rachel. Although they take walk-in’s this will secure your spot.

Rachel is awesome!!!! I had the halo hair with the bold black and white contrast and I came in with it botched from another hairstylist. Rachel took me in, took her time to separate my hair and showed me exactly what was missing. It was patchy, uneven all around and Rachel fixed it SO well. She talked me through every process, asked me if everything she was doing if I was satisfied with it, showed me what colors she was using, showed me exactly what she was doing the whole time. She was so patient with me and she was very particular and precise she made sure I walked out satisfied. Rachel is the girl to go to!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Fantastic Sam’s. I’m not even sure if this gal has a license to cut hair. I asked for shape up to my bob and got bangs trimmed and back cut with razor. Barely put brush in hair when blow drying. I think I could cut my own hair better. They also don’t wash your hair at this location. Absolutely the worst $20 ever spent on a hair cut. My advice find another Fantastic Sam’s!!

I have been going to see Jenny for years. She is a rare treasure in that she is good at both cut and color and even though I have thick curly hair, she always does an excellent job. It can be hard to find someone else good with curls, too! Everyone at the store is friendly and professional and I love going there.
