Jen and Ashley are both great! We go here AT LEAST once a month for a bald fade for my husband and my son . I get my eyebrows waxed and dyed several times a year. Pricing is fair and scheduling is not hard.

Went here in September for a cut and highlight. When I walked out of there the first time I didnt like the cut and the highlights dodnt even look like I had anything done. Called up there and one of the owners jen said “yah I know you weren’t happy and exactly what you wanted come back in” if you knew the girl was doing it wrong why wasnt she stopped and corrected? I’ve gotten my hair done plenty of times and to be honest that was the most unprofessional thing I could have ever witnessed. Now it was time for me to get another cut and color in my book so I went to the girl I normally go to. She looked at my hair and said your hair is crooked and she showed me. It was completely obvious. I’ve never had such a bad experience before. I take very good care of my hair and I spend alot of money on it to make sure it is the way I want it. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Very unprofessional. Maybe you should teach your stylists if they need you to or you notice something!!

Do not go here. I booked my wedding with them – 4 girls for hair and 5 for makeup. I had been discussing it with them for months, describing what we wanted, etc. It was booked months in advance. I had my trial and put down my deposit. Three weeks before the wedding, I get a call out of the blue that they’re cancelling on me because they think I’d be happier somewhere else, when that was never anything I had expressed and adamantly denied. Subsequently, they were incredibly rude, and hung up on me when I called requesting a refund for the deposit and trial. I have received no further explanation or communication, and they have not taken any responsibility for cancelling three weeks before my wedding. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional salon.

I go here almost every month for either a haircut or eyebrow waxing. All of the girls are amazing and so friendly. The prices are reasonable and the shop is adorable!
