Went in on a thursday they said it’d be an hour wait there was only 1 hairstylist. So i went back a week later. There was no one waiting they were very prompt. I got a wash & trim. It cost $20. I wanted the split & dead ends cut with long layers. Literally she made about 5 cuts. My hair was not even combed up to blend together. One cut on top, across the back and each side. Not happy.

Online says they close at 8pm and other fantastic sams close at 8pm but when i went to take my kids to get hair cuts at 6:30pm they had a sign on the door saying they were closed. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this specific location and its ridiculous.
