Absolutely wonderful experience here. I walked in asking for a last minute hair color (terrible planning on my part I know). But they made it happen! Vonnie, the manager, was my miracle worker. I went from Platinum blonde to golden brown, with beautiful results. Vonnie showed me a plethora of options, and when I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, she gave great advice regarding undertones, which lead to the best color choice! She was very patient and incredibly thorough. I wasn’t worried about the outcome at any point during the appointment. She’s a great listener and had the best advice when I needed direction. I’m extremely pleased with the service completed and the customer service received here. Thank you so much, Vonnie! If you intent to get an appointment (which you should she’s amazing), make sure to call ahead to make an appointment. She gets very booked out so it’s best to book 3-4 weeks out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My hair is very dry and damaged from bleaching and she not only styled it well with not a lot to work with but made it feel much better. I found her polite, fast and matter of fact. I feel like a million bucks! Donna has been my girl and the only one to touch my hair for close to 15 years- I followed her to any salon she chose to work in. Eight months ago, I strayed because I was gifted a gift certificate for a girl in my town(and I paid a fortune in on top of the $100 GC). I tried to fix the mess on my own- but I needed Donna! She fixed the damage done by the other stylist, colored and highlighted to blend the balayage leftovers so I could keep my length. He cuts my VERY curly hair like she was born to do it! I drive from New Port Richey/Trinity (which is full of salons) to Tarpon Springs because there is no one better for color and cuts than Donna! I’ll never stray again!

I have curly hair and you curly hair gals know how difficult it is to get a good haircut. Went to get my eyebrows waxed real quick about 15 minutes before close and was told they turned the wax off over 30 minutes ago. In my opinion, it shouldn’t be shut off until close. Both employees were in the back. Once we walked out the one started vaping up front.

I was charged more because my hair is thick, never heard of that but I agreed thinking she’d sized up my hair and would do a good job. Everything was fine. I only had a wash and cut, no blow dry or styling. I was told when I get home if I thought it was still too long I could come back and she’d take more off. After the cut I said I would like more off the bulk in the back. I tried explaining I wanted it more tapered and that’s when the mood changed. The hairdresser Diana seemed upset and frankly rude. The more I tried to explain the more offended and rude she sounded. She proceeded to cut an upper layer straight across. Now I have a Prince Valiant looking haircut (not a good look) and am going to another salon (not Fantastic Sams) to have it corrected. Diana may want to work on her people skills. Some people do not respond well to rudeness. I will not go back.

My stylist is Donna. I met her years ago at a different salon here in Tarpon Springs. I will follow her everywhere. I have very fine blonde hair. Donna is the only stylist who can do a precision cut, which when you don’t have room for error is really important. Her cuts are so good that I can walk out the door and don’t need a blow dry. It’s perfect. Personality? Oy. Always smiling and in a great mood. She’s funny, smart and simply the best stylist I’ve ever met. If she asks me what I want done, I say, “you’re the professional, so you know best”. Until his death 2 years ago Donna did my boyfriend’s hair. He was in a power wheel chair and had a head injury. A lot of people see a person with a disability and don’t know how to act. Not Donna. My Al was an Italian from Manhattan ..you can only imagine the interaction. They’d get the salon laughing. My Al may have had a head injury, but he could talk and joke. Donna was comfortable with him from the first day. I found Donna many years ago…totally by luck. I used to cut my own hair..l mean really? One day I called the salon and said.,,”I’m standing in my kitchen with a pair of scissors and I’m desperate.” I got an appointment that afternoon, and the rest is history. Donna is the best in every measure-able way. Run don’t walk..you won’t be sorry.
