Great people and great service. What else would u want. Ariel and Bri were really great and did what we wanted and more. We had to do it over 5 weeks because they really cared about out hair being healthy. Claudia is normally who we go to cause she is just fantastic too but is so popular and so busy. She still helped with the health of our hair. We have well water and our hair was damaged bad. It’s so pretty and healthier now. I only go to this fantastic sams cause they just seem to know what they are doing!

My daughter went in here to get a haircut and coloring. She had a pic of what she wanted and when the stylist was done, it looked nothing like what my daughter wanted. We spent 6 and a half hours in there and the stylist kept wanting to add more color and kept chopping off more hair, my daughter had to tell her it was fine so she could get out of the chair before she didn’t have any hair left. I was charged $180 and gave this lady a $20 tip before she was done, wasted a lot of money for this. liked this place because of Ariel but next time I’ll just drive to let her do it. I hope my daughters hair grows out before school starts. Very disappointed.

Military/Veterans discount! Well trained & friendly staff – my wife & me felt completely at ease. Can make appt online or with the app. We were walk-ins, however we were attended to quickly. The cuts were professional & quick, but you really feel like the only ones there and they take the necessary time to see that you are satisfied.

Lindsey did an excellent job! Not the straightest cut in the world but with how squirmy my son was being and how much he was protesting, I give her 10/10. She was super kind and didn’t get frustrated with my son at all which is a big plus in my book. If it weren’t for my son’s behavior, I betcha it would’ve been absolutely perfect. Definitely will come here again if we’re in the area.

Horrible I went in there to get my hair layered and it was already kind of short it came to my chin but the lady that was cutting my hair was talking so much and paying attention to somebody else getting their hair dyed she completely chopped my hair off short short I don’t recommend going there

Spoke to someone on the phone, they said they closed at 8pm.. Drove all the way to Erwin and arrived at 7:15pm and the door was locked.. Lady inside said they have never stayed open until 8pm.. Website also states they were open until 8pm..
